Using young healthy leaves of Cyclamen persicum Mill as materials,the effects of different varieties and plant hormone combinations and concentration on callus induction were explored.The results showed that the best combination of hormones was 1/2 MS +3.0% sugar +0.8% agar +2,4-D 2 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L +KT 0.2 mg/L.The plant was shaded for 24-26 hours before cultured in vitro.It could effectively induce callus tissue and shoot through the darkness of low temperature and light heating two step training.This cul...
