【Abstract】 Case Records as a Guide to Clinical Practice is the clinical records of Ye-tianshi, a greatest master of Chinese Medicine in Qing Dynasty.In this paper, based on the 58 cases of menstrual diseases, the frequency of Chinese medicines, the guiding ideology and the laws of medicines applications are analyzed in details. Then comes the conclusion that menstrual regulation should pay much more attention to the function of the Liver and Spleen; and should choose medicines with gentle characters and with the function of blood-activating Qi-moving and spleen-invigorating.更多还原
