【摘要】 目的:探讨改良TESSYS技术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的方法与疗效。方法:选取应用改良TESSYS技术治疗的50例腰椎管狭窄症患者的完整随访资料,比较术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3月VAS及Oswestry评分的变化情况。结果:50例患者术后1周、术后1月、术后3月VAS及Oswestry评分均较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良TESSYS技术治疗腰椎管狭窄症是一种安全、有效的微创术式,可在临床中进行推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the methods and efficacy of modified TESSYS technology for lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: Complete follow-up data from 50 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated with modified TESSYS technology were selected to compare the changes of VAS and Oswestry scores at the time of before operation and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. Results: 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the VAS and Oswestry scores of 50 cases were significantly decreased, which had statistical difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified TESSYS technology is a kind of safe and effective minimally invasive surgical treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis, which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.更多还原
