【摘要】 目的:比较活血祛瘀合泻子法与常规针刺治疗Bell面瘫实证恢复期的疗效差异。方法:选取2016年4月~2017年5月面瘫患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采取活血祛瘀合泻子法,即常规针刺加血海、三阴交、二间、厉兑、束骨,对照组采取常规针刺。两组每日治疗1次,7天为一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。选用House-Brackmann分级标准及Sunnybrook面神经功能评定系统进行分级及评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Sunnybrook面神经功能评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的Sunnybrook面神经功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的House-Brackmann分级均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀合泻子法在改善Bell面瘫实证恢复期的症状方面优于常规针刺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the curative effect of promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis combine with the method of "reducing the son-organ" and routine acupuncture on Bellundefineds facial paralysis empirical recovery. Methods: 60 patients with facial paralysis from April 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30). Observation group take promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis combine with the method of "reducing the son-organ", namely the conventional acupuncture xuehai, sanyinjiao, erjian, lidui, shugu, control group take regular acupuncture. The two groups were treated once a day for 7 days and for 2 consecutive courses. Select House-Brackmann grading standard and Sunnybrook facial nerve function evaluation system for grading and scoring. Results: After treatment, the scores of Sunnybrook facial nerve function in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of Sunnybrook facial nerve function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, House-Brackmann grade in both groups was significantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the incidence of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis combine with the method of "reducing the son-organ" in the improvement of symptoms of Bell palsy empirical recovery is better than that of conventional acupuncture.更多还原
