【摘要】 目的:观察温针灸结合现代康复技术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,对照组采用温针灸治疗,治疗组采用温针灸结合现代康复技术治疗,采用JOA评分评估膝关节功能改善情况。结果:治疗2个月后,两组步行能力、肿胀评分均显著改善(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组上下楼、关节屈曲评分均显著改善(P<0.05),对照组差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组JOA总分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合现代康复技术治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with modern rehabilitation techniques for knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 40 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases), the control group treated with needle warming moxibustion while treatment group combined with modern rehabilitation techniques, and evaluated the improvement of knee function with JOA scores. Results: After 2 months of treatment, the scores of walking ability and swelling of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05); the scores of stair activity and joint flexion of treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05) while no statistical difference in control group(P>0.05); the improvement of total JOA score of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Needle warming moxibustion combined with modern rehabilitation techniques has significant curative effect on knee osteoarthritis, which deserves clinical promotion and application.更多还原
