【摘要】 目的观察大黄联合芒硝辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将68例轻度及中重度急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者给予禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、抑制胰腺分泌、补充液体、营养支持等常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予大黄煎液灌胃及芒硝敷脐。治疗后观察临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况及主要生化指标(血常规,血、尿淀粉酶,血钙)复常率。结果两组临床疗效分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组;与对照组比较,观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、开始排气排便时间、胃管拔除时间、进食恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组血常规、血淀粉酶、血钙水平复常率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄联合芒硝辅助治疗急性胰腺炎可提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rheum officinale combined with mirabilite as the adjuvant therapy for acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with mild or moderate-to-severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment including fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infective therapy,inhibition of pancreatic secretion,fluid infusion,and nutritional support,and those in the observation group were given Rheum officinale decoction by gavage combined with umbilical compress therapy with mirabilite in addition to the treatment in the control group.Clinical outcome,recovery of gastrointestinal function,and normalization rates of major biochemical parameters(routine blood test results,blood and urine amylase,and blood calcium)were observed after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter time to first bowel sound,time to first passing of flatus and defecation,and time to resume oral intake(P<0.05)and significantly higher normalization rates of routine blood test results,blood amylase,and blood calcium(P<0.05).Conclusion As the adjuvant therapy for acute pancreatitis,Rheum officinale combined with mirabilite can improve the clinical outcome of patients with acute pancreatitis.更多还原
