全胸腹腔镜联合两种食管癌切除方式的护理分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨全胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌切除术与辅助腹部小切口胸腹腔镜Ivor Lewis食管癌切除两种手术方式的手术护理特点。方法:收治的148例食管癌患者中,68例行辅助腹部小切口胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌切除术,80例行全胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌切除术,分析比较两组手术方式不同特点和护理配合要点。结果:全腔镜组术后患者疼痛评分比小切口组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用不同手术护理方法,将小切口手术与腔镜手术护理技巧和配合经验有机结合,提高手术室护理质量,更好地服务患者。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the characteristics of surgical nursing about the total laparoscopic and thoracoscopie Ivor Lewis esophagectomy versus laparoscopic and thoracoscopie Ivor Lewis esophagectomy with an abdominal small incision. Methods:148 patients of esophageal cancer were divided into two groups,68 patients underwent laparoscopic and thoracoscopie Ivor Lewis esophagectomy with an abdominal small incision and 80 patients underwent laparoscopic and thoracoscopie Ivor Lewis esophagectomy,Summarize the different characteristics and the key points of nursing cooperation of the two groups.Results: Compared to the small incision group, the visual analogue scale evaluation score of postoperative pain was lower in the group without small incision(P<0.05). Conclusion:To improve nursing quality and provide better service for patients, we should use different methods, combining the nursing skills with experience about an abdominal small incision surgery and minimally invasive surgery.
