【摘要】 目的:探讨后路经皮椎弓根钉内固定联合腔镜病灶清除治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效以及安全性。方法:选取某医院骨科采用后路经皮弓根钉内固定联合腔镜病灶清除治疗腰段脊柱结核的36例患者,术前进行X线片、CT、MR检查,给予HREZ四联抗结核药物治疗2周,术后继续给予抗结核药物治疗。结果:手术时间平均为(3.5±0.2)h,术中出血平均量为(600±35)m L,27例Cobb角得到矫正,术后随访平均时间为(16±1.4)个月,36例患者术后疼痛症状均得到缓解且均固定成功。结论:后路经皮椎弓根钉内固定联合腔镜病灶清除能够有效清除病灶,矫正后凸畸形,且具有创伤小的优点,是临床治疗腰段脊柱结核的一种安全有效的手术方法。更多还原
