地方高校制药工程专业应用型拔尖人才的培养
Cultivation of Applied Top-notch Talents of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty in Local Universities
【摘要】 培养拔尖人才是我国高等教育的历史要求。针对盐城工学院自身所处地理位置的特点,对制药工程专业拔尖人才的培养模式进行了探索。重点围绕人才选拔、人才教育、师资队伍优化以及考核机制的实效等方面作了阐述,以供同行交流。
【Abstract】 It is the historical requirement of higher education to train top-notch talents in our country.In view of the geographical position of Yancheng Institute of technology,the training mode of top-notch talents in pharmaceutical engineering was explored.It focuses on the selection of talents,the education of talents,the optimization of the teaching staff and the effectiveness of the assessment mechanism,for the sake of peer communication.
