3种水溶性美白剂的渗透性研究

【摘要】 通过体外经皮实验研究3种水溶性美白剂β-熊果苷(ABT)、VC乙基醚(EAA)和烟酰胺(NAA)的渗透性,采用高效液相色谱法测定其在水溶液和乳液中,以及添加氮酮与纳晶预处理后的累积透过率与滞留率.结果表明:在水溶液与乳液中,相同的渗透时间,烟酰胺的累积透过率最大,3种美白剂的累积透过率和滞留率均随着渗透时间的延长而增加;同一美白剂在水溶液中的累积透过率高于乳液中的累积透过率,滞留率小于乳液中的滞留率;加入氮酮和经纳晶预处理后,水溶液与乳液中的累积透过率均有明显增加,滞留率均有所减少,水溶液中的促渗作用相较于乳液中更为明显.

【Abstract】 The permeability of three kinds of water-soluble whitening agents,beta arbutin(ABT),ethyl ascorbic acid(EAA)and niacinamide(NAA) was studied through experiments in vitro percutaneous.The cumulative permeation rates(CPRs)and retention rates(RRs)in different conditions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results showed that the CPR of niacinamide was the highest.The CPRs and RRs of all three kinds of whitening agents increased with permeation time.For the same whitening agent,the CPR in aqueous solution was higher than that in emulsion,and RR was lower than that in emulsion.After adding azone or preprocessing rat skin by nanocrystalline,the CPRs in both aqueous solution and emulsion were improved significantly,the RRs were reduced;and the enhancing permeation effect was generally more remarkable in aqueous solution.
