环介导恒温扩增检测生鲜果蔬中致病菌

【摘要】 本试验以8种生鲜果蔬为研究对象,采用环介导恒温扩增(LAMP)方法,检测其中沙门氏菌、阪崎肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157、志贺氏菌和单增李斯特菌,并与国标方法进行比较。结果表明,LAMP方法和国家标准方法检测结果一致,符合率为100%,重复性好,灵敏度≤5 CFU/g,特异性高。因此,LAMP方法可广泛应用于蔬菜水果中致病菌的快速检测。

【Abstract】 Salmonella,Enterobacter sakazakii,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli O157,Shigella and Listeria monocytogenes in eight kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables were detected using LAMP method,and the results were compared with those obtained by the national standard method.The results showed that the outcomes tested by LAMP and national standard methods were consistent.The coincidence rate of LAMP method was 100%,the repeatability was good,the sensitivity was ≤5 CFU/g,and the specificity was higher.Therefore,the LAMP method could be widely used for the rapid detection of pathogens in fruits and vegetables.
