小豆主要农艺性状间的灰色关联和相关性分析

【摘要】 为了选育高产大粒小豆品种,本研究以180份小豆(Vigna angularis)品种为材料,用灰色关联分析和相关性分析方法,解析主要农艺性状对小豆单株粒重影响的主次关系,明确控制小豆产量的主要农艺性状。结果显示:所有主要农艺性状均明显影响小豆产量,但贡献值具有一定差异,其关联度排序为:主茎粗﹥主茎节数﹥一级分枝数﹥单荚粒数﹥株高﹥叶面积﹥荚长﹥粒长﹥荚宽﹥花期﹥粒宽﹥百粒重。小豆单株粒重与主茎粗和主茎节数呈极显著正相关,一级分枝数与小豆单株粒重呈极显著负相关。这表明:主茎粗对小豆产量的影响最大,主茎节数和一级分枝数对小豆产量的影响次之。在生产中,为了提高产量,可以选择种植主茎粗和主茎节数较高、一级分枝数较低的品种。

【Abstract】 In order to select out adzuki bean accessions with large grain and high yield,180 varieties of adzuki beans in different regions were used as experimental materials. We analyzed the primary and secondary relationship between main agronomic traits and grain weight per plant,and confirm the main agronomic traits that control adzuki bean production by gray correlation and correlation analysis. The results showed that all the main agronomic traits significantly affected the yield of adzuki bean,but the contribution value was different.The gray correlation degree ranked as follows: diameter of main stem ﹥ node number of main stem ﹥ primary branch number ﹥ number of grains per pod ﹥ plant height ﹥ leaf area ﹥ pod length ﹥ seed length ﹥ pod width ﹥ flowering period ﹥ seed width ﹥ weight of a hundred seeds. The grain weight per plant of adzuki bean was extremely significantly and positively correlated with the diameter and node number of main stem. The primary branch number was significantly negatively correlated with the grain weight per plant. Our analysis showed that the diameter of main stem had the largest influence on the adzuki bean yield,and the node num-ber of main stem and primary branch numbers had the following effect. In order to increase the yield,we could choose to cultivate the accession whose diameter of main stem was thick,node number of main stem was higher and primary branch number was lower.
