响应面法优化枣果三萜酸的提取工艺研究

【摘要】 以‘鲁枣1号’为试材,采用响应面法优化枣果三萜酸的提取工艺条件。结果表明,枣果三萜酸提取最佳工艺为乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶26、提取温度65℃、超声30 min、提取3次,枣果三萜酸含量为0.76 mg/g。

【Abstract】 The response surface method was adopted to optimize the extraction conditions of triterpenic acids from Luzao 1 fruits. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%,the material-liquid ratio was 1∶26,the extraction temperature was 65℃,the ultrasonic extraction time was 30 min and extracting times were three. The content of triterpenic acids was 0. 76 mg/g under such conditions.
