硅肥对高温逆境下稻米品质的影响

【摘要】 为了探明硅肥对高温逆境下稻米品质的调控效应,本试验以常规粳稻品种圣稻19为试材,就施硅对高温逆境下水稻糙米率、食味品质及营养品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明,施硅降低了高温逆境下的水稻糙米率,不利于稻米食味品质的改善,提高了稻米营养品质。因此,单纯施用硅肥不能有效改善高温逆境对稻米品质的负面影响,生产中应运用综合栽培技术改善高温逆境下的稻米品质。

【Abstract】 In order to ascertain the effect of silicon fertilizer on rice grain quality under high temperature stress,a field experiment was conducted to research the brown rice rate,eating and cooking quality and nutritional quality under high temperature stress with Shengdao 19 as material. The results indicate that under high temperature stress,the application of silicon fertilizer significantly decreased the brown rice rate and was not beneficial to the improvement of eating and cooking quality,but markedly increased the nutritional quality. As a sequence,in rice production,comprehensive cultivation technologies should be adopted to improve rice grain quality under high temperature stress rather than only depending on silicon fertilizer.
