【Abstract】 Shandong 12396 is an agricultural service platform providing agricultural information services through multiple modes of hotline,SMS,website and broadcast. The We Chat service system was set up based on it. Through the backstage knowledge base retrieval,it could provide functions as artificial intelligence,webmaster query display and news dynamics. This paper focused on the characteristics and advantages of We Chat in agricultural information dissemination and the function modules and backstage management in order to provid convenience and timely services for farmers at the mobile terminal.更多还原
