大变形X80钢板制管前后性能分析
Analysis on Properties of High Strain X80 Steel Plates before and after Being Manufactured into Pipes
【摘要】 结合鞍钢供货实绩,分析了26.4 mm厚大变形X80钢板的组织,以及制管前后性能变化情况。分析结果表明:钢板组织为以铁素体、贝氏体为主的复合组织,低温韧性优良;制管后,材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度与屈强比升高,应力比与均匀延伸率降低;焊接接头处焊缝的韧性最差,热影响区的硬度最低。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual sales performance in Ansteel for delivering the high strain X80 steel plates with the thickness of 26.4 mm, the microstructures and properties of the high strain X80 steel plates before and after being manufactured into pipes were analyzed. The analytical results showed that the microstructure in the steel plates was the complex microstructure mainly composed of ferrite and bainite with good low-temperature toughness. After being manufactured into pipes, their yield strengths, tensile strengths and yield-tensile ratios increased, but stress ratios and uniform elongations decreased. For welding the toughness of the weld seam at the weld joint was worst and hardness in heat-affected zone was lowest.
