冻融循环作用下透水生态混凝土力学性能研究

【摘要】 对3种尺寸的透水型生态混凝土试块,即100 mm×100 mm×400 mm棱柱体试块、100 mm立方体试块和150 mm立方体试块,分别进行了冻融循环试验,探索了其宏观力学性能与冻融循环次数的关系。试验结果表明,试块的质量、相对动弹性模量和抗压强度都随着冻融循环次数的增加而降低,其中棱柱体试块的质量损失最多,100 mm立方体试块的抗压强度损失比150 mm立方体试块的更快。透水型生态混凝土在膨胀应力和渗透压力的作用下微裂缝逐渐产生并出现水泥浆颗粒剥落、骨料剥蚀和试块开裂等破坏现象。

【Abstract】 The freeze-thaw cycles of three kinds of eco-concrete specimens were tested for their mass loss ratio,relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength. The relationship between the macro-mechanical properties and the number of freeze-thaw cycles was explored. The results show that the mass,relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of the specimens decrease with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles. The mass loss ratio of the prism specimens is the largest,and the loss of compressive strength of the 100 mm cubic specimens is faster than 150 mm cubic specimens. Shedding of cement particle,micro crack initiation and propagation,the erosion of the aggregate and the cracking of the specimens.
