【摘要】 采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)进行引发交联超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW),采用热压法制备交联PE-UHMW片材。探讨了交联改性前后片材的结构形态,DCP含量对交联PE-UHMW片材的凝胶含量、热稳定性、力学性能和抗蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,PE-UHMW改性后,交联片材与未交联片材相比凝胶含量大幅提高,热稳定性也得到改善。交联PE-UHMW片材的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均随DCP含量的增加而降低。与未交联片材的蠕变伸长率相比,2%DCP交联PE-UHMW片材的20 min蠕变伸长率降低了78.99%。交联PE-UHMW片材对开发和制备抗蠕变PE-UHMPW制品具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The peroxide dicumyl peroxide(DCP) was used to initiate and crosslink ultra-high molecular weight polyethyl-ene(PE-UHMW). Crosslinked PE-UHMW sheet was prepared by the hot-pressing method. The morphological structure of un-crosslinked and crosslinked PE-UHMW sheet, and the effect of DCP content on the gel content, the thermal stability, mechanicalproperties and creep resistance of crosslinked PE-UHMW sheet were investigated. The results show that the gel content of the cross-linked sheet is substantially higher than that of the un-crosslinked sheet, and thermal stability is also improved. The broken tensilestrength and elongation of the crosslinked PE-UHMW sheet decrease with the addition of more DCP content. Compared with the un-crosslinked samples, the 20 min creep elongation of the 2% DCP crosslinked PE-UHMW sheet decreases by 78.99%. It has importantguiding signi?cance for the development and preparation of creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene products.
