选择性激光烧结成形设备及原材料的研究现状

【摘要】 基于增材制造原理的选择性激光烧结技术原材料广泛、加工速度快且成形精度高,是快速成形技术的重要支撑。成形设备及材料是制约快速成形技术发展的两大因素。简要介绍了选择性激光烧结技术的原理、优势,详细分析比较了国内外主要的SLS系统型号及其制造商,重点阐述了近年来应用最多的(尼龙、覆膜砂、金属)原材料的研究现状。

【Abstract】 Selective laser sintering, based on additive manufacturing, is an important part of rapid prototyping manufacturing, which own extensive selection range of materials, high molding speed and precision. Forming equipment and materials are the core factors of SLS technology. This article gives a brief introduction for the working principle, strongpoint of SLS, has a discussion and analysis on main models of SLS system and their manufacturers at home and abroad, focuses on present situation of the main materials(nylon, coated sand, metal).
