【摘要】 目的评价六磨汤高位保留灌肠联合生物反馈治疗混合型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将90例混合型功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予六磨汤高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗,对照组给予生理盐水高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗。两组均隔日睡前灌肠1次,生物反馈治疗每次1h,与灌肠交替隔日进行。两种疗法均分别进行15次,疗程共30天。两组治疗前后对排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、排便费力、大便性状、排便次数、排便时间、腹胀进行评分,治疗后评价临床疗效,治疗结束后随访3个月,观察各临床症状复发情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为75.56%,优于对照组的55.56%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、排便费力、大便性状、排便次数、排便时间、腹胀积分均明显降低,对照组仅排便不尽感、排便次数积分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各临床症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月两组未发现各临床症状复发情况。结论六磨汤高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗混合型功能性便秘临床疗效确切,能明显改善患者排便困难等临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Liumo Decoction (六磨汤) high retention enema combined with biofeedback on mixed functional constipation.Methods Ninety patients with mixed functional constipation were randomized into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Liumo Decoction high retention enema combined with biofeedback.The control group was given normal saline high retention enema combined with biofeedback.Both groups were treated once every other day,enema before sleep.Biofeedback therapy was given 1h each time,once every other day,alternate with enema.Both therapies were given 15 times.The course was 30 days.The scores of incomplete evacuation,anus obstructive sense,difficult defecation,stool property,defecation times,defecation time and abdominal distension in both groups were recorded before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.After the treatment was finished,follow-up was made for 3 months.The recurrence of the clinical symptoms was examined.Results The total effective rate of clinical effect in the treatment group was 75.56%,which was superior to 55.56% in the control group (P < 0.05).The scores of incomplete evacuation,anus obstructive sense,difficult defecation,stool property,defecation times,defecation time and abdominal distension in the treatment group decreased after treatment.In the control group,the scores of incomplete evacuation and defecation times decreased (P < 0.05).Moreover,the improvement of the clinical symptoms in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P < 0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,no recurrence of the clinical symptoms was found.Conclusion Liumo Decoction high enema combined with biofeedback treating mixed functional constipation seemed effective,which might improve patients’ clinical symptoms,such as difficult defecation.更多还原
