【摘要】 目的观察保湿干预联合脐疗治疗单纯性老年瘙痒症的疗效。方法将67例患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例,给予保湿干预(局部外用保湿水、保湿霜日二次)联合脐疗(自制中药膏适量封于神阙穴,日1次)治疗,2周为1疗程;对照组33例,单独给予盐酸左西替利嗪片(5 mg)口服日1次治疗。2周为1个疗程。2个疗程后记录分析疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为73.53%,与对照组比较均无显著差异(χ~2=0.25,P>0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异有显著性意义(χ~2=4.38,P<0.05)。结论保湿干预联合脐疗治疗单纯性老年瘙痒症安全、高效,适于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of moisturizing intervention combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of simple senile pruritus. Methods 67 cases of patients with simple senile pruritus were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group of 34 cases was treated with moisturizing intervention( external & local, twice a day) and umbilical therapy( the medium ointment was put in the Shenque point moderately, once a day). The control group of 33 cases was treated with levocetirizine dihy-drochloride tablets(5mg) only. 2 weeks was a course. The therapeutic effect and the adverse effects were recorded after 2 courses.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 73.53%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.25, P>0.05). The difference on adverse effects between the two groups was no significant( χ~2=4.38, P<0.05). Conclusion The moisturizing intervention combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of simple senile pruritus is safe and effective.更多还原
