【摘要】 目的观察大柴胡汤早期干预治疗急性胰腺炎肠麻痹的临床疗效。方法将37例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中治疗组23例,对照组14例,对照组给予常规西医药治疗方案,治疗组在上述基础上加用大柴胡汤。结果治疗组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、肠功能恢复时间等明显优于对照组。结论大柴胡汤早期干预治疗急性胰腺炎肠麻痹,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction in the early intervention of acute pancreatitis intestinal paralysis. Methods 37 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group of 14 cases and treatment group of 23 cases. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given Dachaihu decoction on the basis of the control group. Results The clinical effect, the symptoms disappearing time and intestinal function recovery time of the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group.
