【摘要】 目的观察影响葛根芩连汤治疗湿热型腹泻疗效相关因素。方法 200例门诊患者服用葛根芩连汤后筛选无效病例34人分别流行病学、煎服药方法、饮食嗜好等方面统计分析。结果患者的情志因素、饮食习惯,文化程度和服药时程的长短都会影响葛根芩连汤疗效的因素。结论在应用葛根芩连汤治疗湿热型腹泻过程中,应尽量避免或降低这些影响因素对病情的影响,从而提高其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the related factors on curative effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction in the treatment of heat-dampness diarrhea. Methods 200 cases of clinic patients after taking according Gegen Qinlian decoction screening ineffective 34 cases were carried out epidemiology, decoct medicine statistical analysis method, eating habits, etc. respectively. Results The emotional factors,diet, medicine culture degree and the length of the schedule affected the curative effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction.
