【Abstract】 The location of the pharmacological teaching in the talents training goal of Chinese medicine was confirmed. In pharmacolo-gy teaching, solid lesson preparation to ensure the quality of teaching, guidance and refine the pharmacology thought, timely incentives and forming the learning consciousness were proposed. We should always keep in mind with the cultivation of talents as the basis and the students-centered. We insist on the talent-cultivation, scientific research, social service and cultural heritage innovation collabora-tive development to adapt to the changes in demand for applied talents under the new situation.
