【摘要】 目的观察自拟方参芪益心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月—2014年9月门诊及住院治疗的112例病毒性心肌炎病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予自拟参芪益心汤加减治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗营养心肌、抗心律失常等对症处理,比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为94.6%,显著高于对照组的82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪益心汤可改善患者心肌功能,能提高患者免疫力,增强抵御病毒的能力,对病毒性心肌炎有着较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Shenqi Yiqi d Decoction in the treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with viral myocarditis who underwent outpatient and hospitalizations from March 2011 to September 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenqi Yixin decoction. The control group was given routine treatment of nutritional myocardium, antiarrhythmic and other symp-tomatic treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was94.6% which was significantly higher than 82.1% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Yixin decoction can improve the function of myocardium and the immunity of the patients, enhance the ability to resist the virus, and has better therapeutic effect on viral myocarditis.更多还原
