【摘要】 解表法为《伤寒论》中治疗外感病的主要手段之一,其运用时机对临床疗效有重要影响。出现表证则用解表剂外,其运用时机还要遵循以下规律:服后汗不出,可续用解表剂;汗后病不解,可续用解表剂;汗后病解,停用解表剂;汗后病去大半,可改用解表轻剂;汗后病解,而后复发,可复用解表剂;时发热自汗,先其时发汗;自衄后表证不解,可复发汗;特殊情况下可针药并用,等等。此外,对于阳气不足、津液不足、尺中不足、汗后疾病趋势改变及某些特殊情况下的病人,应慎用或禁用解表剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resolving superficies method is the main way of treating exterior syndrome in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,and the occasion of using it is crucial for curative effect.When using superficies-resolving formula,some principles should be followed,such as treating based on syndrome differentiation,superficies-resolving formula be used again when the patient is not sweating,superficies-resolving formula not be used again when the symptoms are relieved,etc.And for patient who is deficient in yang qi or body fluid,superficies-resolving formula should be used with extra caution.更多还原
