【摘要】 目的探讨头部"神"穴对脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效。方法将46例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组23例,两组均给予常规药物治疗、一般康复治疗及心理疏导,治疗组在此基础上予以针刺头部"神"穴。两组均采用24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)和日常生活活动能力量表(Activities of Daily Living,ADL,Barthel指数,BI)分别于治疗前和治疗后进行评估。结果治疗前两组的HAMD、BI评分差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组的HAMD评分显著降低,BI评分显著上升;治疗组HAMD、BI指数评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组抗抑郁总有效率为78.3%,日常生活活动能力总有效率为82.2%,均优于对照组(分别为60.9%和60.8%),差异有统计学意义。结论针刺头部"神"穴可以显著改善脑卒中后抑郁状态以及日常生活活动能力,具有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the Head Shen-acupoints in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 46 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group of 23 cases and control group of 23 cases. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment, rehabilitation treatment and psychological counseling. The treat-ment group was given additional acupuncture on head Shen-acupoints. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in HAMD and BI score. After treatment, the HAMD score decreased significantly and BI scores increased significant-ly in both groups. The HAMD score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0.05), and the BI score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0.05). Effectiveness rates of antidepressant and activities of daily living in the treatment group were 78.3% and 82.2%, respectively, which were both better than that of the control group(60.9% and 60.8%, respectively). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Acupuncture on head Shen-acupoints can significantly improve post-stroke depression and activities of daily living, implicating better clinical effect than routine treatment.更多还原
