【摘要】 目的评价针刀松解颈椎节段配合颈周腧穴穴位注射和针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效,提出治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效的新方案,指导临床实践。方法将符合纳入标准的136例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例。治疗组应用针刀松解病变颈椎节段并配合颈周腧穴进行穴位注射;对照组采用常规针刺治疗配合颈周穴位注射。比较分析治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针刀松解颈椎节段配合颈周腧穴穴位注射是治疗CSR的有效方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of acupotomy with acupoint injection around neck and acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and to put forward a new scheme to guide the clinical practice. Methods 136 cases of patients met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The treatment group used acupotomelysis pathological changes of cervical vertebra segment with acupoint injection around neck, and the control group used conventional acupuncture treatment. The clinical curative effect before and after treatment was compared. Results The treatment group was better than the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion The acupotomelysis pathological changes of cervical vertebra segment with acupoint injection around neck is an effective method for treating CSR.更多还原
