【摘要】感染是重症患者重要的死亡原因之一。但在重症感染的诊疗过程中,临床医师仍然存在较多误区亟待纠正,制定本流程的目的在于,结合相应国内外指南和专家共识,对诊断-治疗-评估-调整的临床过程加以解析,规范重症感染的诊疗行为,以期提升感染治愈率、降低死亡率,同时减少细菌耐药性的产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Infection is one of the major cause of death in critically ill patients. But in the process of diagnosis and treatment of severe infection, there are still some misconceptions that needs to be corrected. The goal of this protocol is to outline the clinical process of diagnosis-treatment-reassessment-adjustment for severe infection, and to standardize physician′s behavior based on the recent guidelines and consensus, so as to decrease the morbidity and bacterial resistance.更多还原
