Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is an acute and critical condition in medicine.If it cannot be timely recognized and processed,ACS will lead to serious consequences and even sudden death.Here,we reported one case of ACS which is characterized by intermittent complete right bundle branch block and Wellens syndrome.This case was reported in order to improve clinicians' awareness of such patients with ACS,and to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
