双边行波磁场铸造设备的开发
Development of Double Side Traveling Wave Magnetic Field Casting Equipment
【摘要】 为进一步提高薄壁铝合金铸件的生产效率和表面质量,通过数值模拟研究了新型双边行波磁场铸造设备开发的可行性。结果表明,开发的设备可以有效地削弱产生脉动电磁力的磁感应强度水平分量,提高对合金熔体充型有推进作用的磁感应强度竖直分量。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the casting efficiency and surface quality of thin-walled aluminum alloy casting, the feasibility of the development of the equipment was investigated by numerical simulation. The results show that a new type of double side traveling wave magnetic field casting equipment has been developed. The device can effectively weaken the horizontal component of the magnetic induction intensity of the pulsating electromagnetic force, and improve the intensity of magnetic induction effect on vertical component to promote melt filling.
