导流孔设计对中间包冶金效果影响的数值模拟仿真
Numerical Simulation of Diversion Hole Designs on Tundish Metallurgy Process
【摘要】 采用FLUENT对某钢厂八流T形中间包不同挡渣墙上导流孔的设计形式进行了模拟研究,计算了不同工况设置下中间包内的流场、温度场、钢液的停留时间分布,以及对夹杂物的捕获情况。结果表明:增大导流孔孔径和导流孔上倾角度,有利于均匀中间包温度场。增加导流孔的上倾角度可显著提升中间包夹杂物的去除率,这种效果比改变导流孔孔径对夹杂物去除率的影响更显著。综合计算结果分析,导流孔孔径为100 mm、上倾角度为25°时,中间包的冶金效果较优。
【Abstract】 The fluid flow, temperature, residence time distribution(RTD) and inclusions removal were calculated under different diversion hole designs using commercial software FLUENT. The larger hole diameter and up angle were beneficial to uniform temperature distribution in tundish. The results show that the inclusions could be removed significantly owing to larger up angle of diversion hole, and the influence is more significant than the change of the hole diameter. Considering the effect of different diversion hole designs on fluid flow, temperature, residence time distribution(RTD) and inclusions removal, the better diversion hole design is 100 mm in the diameter and the up angle of 25°.
