板坯连铸机结晶器液位控制系统分析与设计研究
Analysis and Design of Mould Level Control System for Slab Continuous Caster
【摘要】 提出板坯连铸机结晶器液位控制系统分析与设计研究,通过对板坯连铸过程以及结晶器液位控制系统的工作原理的分析,确定控制对象和控制方案。采用STM32F103R8T6处理器作为硬件核心,模糊PID算法作为软件核心,设计了结晶器液位控制系统。同时,设计了仿真实验,验证所设计结晶器液位控制系统的合理性。结果表明,该系统能对板坯连铸过程中结晶器液位进行快速精确控制,有助于获得质量良好的铸坯。
【Abstract】 The mould level control system for slab continuous caster was studied through analysis of the slab continuous casting process and the working principle of the mould level control system, and the control object and the control scheme were determined. Using STM32F103R8T6 processor as the hardware core, fuzzy PID algorithm as the core of the software,a mold level control system was designed. And the simulation experiments were designed to verify the rationality of the mould level control system. The simulation experiments show that the system can quickly and precisely control the mould level casting process, help to get good quality of billet.
