退火保温时间对00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相钢组织性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相钢退火保温时间与显微组织、力学性能的关系。结果表明:在800℃下保温退火30 s时,马氏体呈块状分布在铁素体晶粒之间;保温退火60 s时,马氏体和铁素体均匀分散,晶粒细化;保温90 s时,组织以马氏体为主,铁素体含量极低。在800℃保温退火60 s时,钢的伸长率最高、屈强比最低,具有较好的力学性能。因此,综合考虑实际生产效率及冲压需求,最终确定保温时间为60 s。

【Abstract】 The relationship between annealing time at 800 ℃ and the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength dual phase steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N was studied. The results show that, after annealed for 30 s, the martensite in the steel is blocklike, and the ferrite is divided into blocks; after annealed for 60 s, the martensite and ferrite are dispersed, and the grain is refined; after annealed for 90 s, the microstructure mainly consists of martensite with a little ferrite. When annealing at 800 ℃ for 60 s, the elongation is the highest and the yield strength is the lowest. Therefore, taking into account the actual production efficiency and stamping requirements, the suitable annealing time is 60 s.
