挤压态Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca合金综合性能的线性回归分析
Linear Regression Analysis of Comprehensive Properties of Extruded Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca Alloys
【摘要】 利用均匀试验设计法确定了Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca四元镁合金的成分配比,通过气氛保护炉制得铸锭,并对合金进行了均匀化和正挤压,建立了合金综合性能回归方程。结果表明:在置信度为99%的情况下,综合性能线性回归方程特别显著,可满足定量分析要求。Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca挤压态镁合金的综合性能与Zn、Mn和Ca的含量,Mg与Zn的交互作用,Mg与Ca的交互作用,Mg、Zn和Ca的交互作用呈线性关系。
【Abstract】 Composition of quaternary Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca alloys was designed by uniform design experiment. The alloy ingots were fabricated by conventional gravity die-casting under protection of argon gas. The desired alloys were obtained by homogenization treatment and forward extrusion. Comprehensive properties of the alloys were ascertained by linear regression analysis. The results show that the linear regression analysis equation of comprehensive properties is especially significant at the confidence level of 99%, it is satisfied to meet the requirements of quantitative analysis. The comprehensive properties of the Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca extruded alloys is linear with Zn, Mn and Ca contents, interaction of Mg with Zn, interaction of Mg with Ca, interaction of Mg with Zn and Ca.
