3D打印技术在熔模铸造中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Technology in Investment Casting
【摘要】 以一种汽车的零部件为实例,通过3D打印和熔模铸造技术,改变不同的打印顺序、单层厚度和激光功率,找到合适的烧结参数,解决了铸造生产中复杂小批量铸件的生产需要,3D打印技术既提高了生产效率,又降低了企业的成本,能够满足企业的小批量需求。
【Abstract】 Taking a car part as an example, through 3D printing and investment casting, changing the printing order,thickness and laser power, the appropriate sintering parameters were found to solve the needs of complex casting with small batch. The results show that 3D printing technology not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduce the enterprise cost, which can fully meet the demand of small batch enterprise.
