钛合金铸件X射线检测

【摘要】 介绍了钛合金铸件中常见的缺陷种类和形成原因,根据钛合金的物理特性和钛合金铸件的特点,论述了钛合金铸件无损检测采用X射线检测的必要性。通过试验数据和参考资料分析,提出X射线检测时应采取的工艺规范和注意事项,为进一步提高铸件制造质量提供了可行的检测依据和方法。对国内外各种铸件检测时采用的检测标准作了分析,发现我国目前钛合金铸件无损检测尚不完善,应尽快编制钛合金铸件专用X射线检测方法标准和验收标准,以满足我国各行业钛合金铸件质量评定的需求。

【Abstract】 The kinds of flaw and formatting reasons in titanium castings were introduced. According to the physical characteristics of titanium alloy and the characteristic of titanium alloy castings, the necessary of X-radiographic testing used for titanium castings was discussed. Experiment and reference datas were analysed, and then, the technological parameters and the matters to need attention during X-radiographic testing were put forward. This research can provide feasible measuring basis and technique for improving manufacturing quality deeply. After analyzing all of testing standards about titanium casting at home and overseas, it was found that our current titanium alloy casting non-destructive testing technique is not perfect, individual X-radiographic testing standards and checking standards on titanium casting needs to be authorized to satisfy the needs of quality assessed on titanium castings.
