柴油机机体铸造工艺优化

【摘要】 采用ANSYS应力分析模块对V16柴油机机体进行结构分析,得到机体的应力集中关键区域,并以关键区域的结构分析作为铸造工艺设计的重要依据。再用MAGMA铸造模拟软件,对V16柴油机机体铸造的流场、温度场以及缩孔、缩松进行模拟,优化其铸造工艺,达到提高产品性能特别是关键区域性能的目的。

【Abstract】 The structure of V16 diesel engine block was analyzed by ANSYS stress analysis module, the key areas of the body’s stress concentration were obtained, and the structure analysis of the key areas was used as an important basis for the following design of the casting process. Then the flow field, temperature field and casting defects of V16 diesel engine block were simulated by MAGMA simulation software, the casting process of diesel engine block was optimized to achieve the goal of improving the performance of the products, especially the key areas.
