耐磨低合金钢斗齿的研制
Development of Wear-resistant Low-alloy Steel for Bucket Teeth
【摘要】 介绍了低合金钢斗齿材料的化学成分、熔炼工艺、变质处理和热处理工艺。采用中频感应炉氧化法熔炼,合金元素收得率高、夹杂物少,性能符合工艺要求。斗齿硬度可达470 HBW以上,冲击韧度达25 J/cm~2以上。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition, melting process, modification and heat-treatment process of low-alloy wear-whorled cast steel were introduced. Using medium frequency induction furnace oxidation melting, the process effect can be obtained with high obtaining rate of alloy elements and less inclusion. Its properties meet the technical requirements. Testing samples show that the hardness is more than 470 HBW, the impact toughness is more than 25 J/cm~2.
