低碳钢汽车板的焊接工艺及焊缝检测研究
Research on Welding Process and Weld Line Detection for Automobile Panel
【摘要】 对汽车板进行了单一激光焊和激光-电弧复合焊接处理,研究了焊接工艺、保护气、焊接方向和热源间距对焊接件形貌以及熔深、熔宽的影响。结果表明,激光-电弧复合焊接工艺下的汽车板焊接件的上部分主要表现为半球状,而下部分主要为锥状;不同的保护气氛对汽车板焊接件的熔深的影响较小、对熔宽的影响较大,单一氦气保护下的焊接件的熔宽最大;先激光后电弧的复合焊接工艺下的焊缝熔宽要明显大于先电弧后激光焊接工艺,且两种工艺下的焊接件的熔深相当。
【Abstract】 The automotive panel was welded with single laser welding and laser arc hybrid welding process, and the effects of welding heat source, protection gas, welding direction and heat source space on the weld morphology and penetration width were studied. The results show that the upper part welding of automobile panel is mainly hemispherical shape under laser arc hybrid welding technology, while the lower part welding is mainly cone shape. The protective atmosphere has little influence on the penetration of welding parts, but has great influence on the weld width. Weld width of the welded part is the maximum under the protection of single helium. Weld width under first laser and later arc hybrid welding process is greater than that under first arc and later laser welding process, and the welding penetration under the two kinds of processes is similar.
