二冷区位置及冷却水量对无氧铜薄板坯连铸过程的影响
Impact on Secondary Cooling Zone Position and Cooling Water on Oxygen-free Copper Thin Slab in Continuous Casting
【摘要】 以某铜加工厂无氧铜水平连铸机列实验结果为依据,利用PROCAST对无氧铜薄铸坯水平连铸过程二冷区位置及冷却水量进行分析。结果表明:降低结晶器冷却水量,加入二冷区有利于在减小热应力的同时满足该铜加工厂对铸坯出结晶器后的温度要求;二冷区的冷却水量越大,铸坯最终趋于稳定时的温度越低;因出结晶器后为空冷,二冷区位置不同对铸坯出结晶器后温度影响较小。
【Abstract】 Taking experimental data of oxygen-free copper thin slab horizontal continuous casting machine in a copper processing plant as the basis, the secondary cooling zone position and cooling water amount in copper horizontal continuous casting process of oxygen-free copper thin slab was studied by PROCAST. The results show that the thermal stress can be reduced and the temperature of the slab after the crystallizer can meet the requirements by reducing cooling water amount of the mould and joining the secondary cooling zone; the greater the cooling water amount of the secondary cooling zone is, the lower the slab temperature is after secondary cooling zone; the final position of secondary cooling zone has a little influence on slab temperature for air cooling after the mould.
