【摘要】 针对管控具体的合同或者某个时间区间的各个产品大类质量趋势的原冷轧产品品质管理系统的不足,开发了一套安全、准确、有效、快速的按零件品质管理及预防系统,将产销系统、生产控制系统和数据仓库相结合,实现了按零部件进行质量管理,包括:质量设计、生产质量数据统计、零部件数据库管理、零部件数据查询、统计等功能。对重点用户关键零件的品质、生产进行趋势管理,实现了用户需求变化与现场控制、改进同步,为提高用户满意度提供了支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the shortage of original cold rolled strip quality management,which only focusing on specific sale contract or main class quality trend in one block time,a safe,accurate,effective and fast quality management and prevention system focusing on the parts produced by cold rolled strip was developed.Combined with production system,marketing system and data warehouse,this system fulfilled the strip quality management on the base of parts with functions of quality design,production control,data query,statistics and others.Through trend management of the strip quality and production for important customer′s key parts,the production control and adjustment could implement synchronously following the demand change of users,so the satisfaction of users was improved.更多还原
