热轧带钢质量在线控制技术研究

【摘要】 针对热连轧机组生产过程中带钢质量不佳、不能在线定量预报和控制的问题,充分考虑到热连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在提出热轧带钢质量指标概念的基础上,以出口带钢厚度满足用户要求为目标,以出口带钢板形、板凸度、带钢表面粗糙度为约束条件,建立了一套适合于热连轧机组的带钢质量在线控制模型,并将其推广应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。

【Abstract】 With reference to the problems of short of on-line quantitative prediction and control for strip quality in the hot continuous rolling mill,a set of "simulation software for surface quality control of hot rolled strip" was developed based on the characteristics of rolling equipment and technology.A concept of hot rolled strip quality index was proposed targeting exit strip thickness meeting user requirements,taking exit strip shape,strip crown,strip roughness as constraint conditions.This model was promoted to the practical production,and good results were obtained.
