【摘要】 目的探讨红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)与冠状动脉分叉病变和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的相关性。方法选取经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的病人300例。测定RDW、hs-CRP水平,同时计算冠状动脉分叉病变积分、分叉病变积分百分比、分叉病变数目。按RDW水平的高低(均值为12.5%)将300例冠心病病人分为A组(RDW<12.5%,165例)和B组(RDW≥12.5%,135例)。结果 A组冠状动脉分叉病变例数与B组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组病人冠状动脉分叉病变积分、分叉病变积分百分比、分叉病变数目及hs-CRP水平均明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RDW与冠状动脉分叉病变积分、分叉病变积分百分比及hs-CRP水平均呈正相关(r=0.102,P<0.01;r=0.081,P<0.01;r=0.113,P<0.01)。结论 RDW与冠状动脉分叉病变的发生、严重程度以及炎性标志物水平有关,可作为冠脉分叉病变的独立危险因素,也可作为检测炎性反应的良好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationgship of red blood cell distribution width(RDW) and coronary artery bifurcation lesions and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels.Methods Three hundreds patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography.RDW and hs-CRP levels were determined.The coronary artery bifurcation lesion score,percentage of bifurcation lesion score,the number of bifurcation lesion were calculated.According to the level of RDW(mean 12.50%),three hundreds patients with coronary heart disease were divided into group A(RDW<12.5%,n = 165) and group B(RDW≥12.5%,n = 135).Results There was no significant differences in the number of patients in coronary bifurcation lesions(P >0.05).Coronary artery bifurcation lesion scores,percentage of bifurcation lesion scores,the number of bifurcation lesion and hs-CRP levels in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P <0.05).RDW and coronary artery bifurcation lesion score,percentage of bifurcation lesion scores and hs-CRP levels showed a positive correlation(r =0.102,0.081,0.113,P <0.01).Conclusion RDW is related to the occurrence,the severity of coronary artery bifurcation lesions and the level of inflammatory markers.It can be used as an independent risk factor for coronary bifurcation lesions,and can also be used as a good indicator to detect the inflammatory response.更多还原
