【Abstract】 Clinicians need to know the current situation and dynamic change of antibiotic resistance by resistance surveillance network to increase consciousness of antibiotc policy implement.The comparability should be noticed during horizontal and vertical comparisons between the data from different surveillance networks.The data of surveillance network should not be used for the antibiotic therapy of individual patient simple,which should be combined with the local antibiotic resistance data and the condition of patient.The in vitro sensitivities to cefeclor,panipenem and macrolids are influenced notably by the medium and pharmacokinetic characteristic,of which the results should be explained with caution.更多还原
