【摘要】 目的:探究疏血通注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)伴肺心病患者高凝血状态及心肺功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月期间我院收治的COPD伴肺心病患者92例,随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用疏血通治疗。观察两组临床疗效,检测并比较两组凝血状态指标水平及心肺功能相关参数的差异。结果:观察组总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组80.43%。治疗后,观察组D-D、PAI-1水平均明显低于对照组,t PA水平高于对照组。治疗后,观察组CI、FVC、PEFR明显高于对照组。结论:采用疏血通治疗COPD伴肺心病患者疗效显著,可通过调节D-D、t PA、PAI-1水平显著改善患者高凝血状态,并可有效促进心肺功能改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong Injection on the hypercoagulable state and the cardiopulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 92 cases of COPD patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n= 46) and the control group(n = 46). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the observation group were given Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the conventional western medicine. Clinical efficacies in two groups were observed,and differences of coagulation state indicators and related parameters of cardiopulmonary function between two groups were detected and compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95. 65%,which was higher than that in the control group with80. 43%(P < 0. 05). Levels of D-D and PAI-1 in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group while the level of t PA was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Shuxuetong injection is effective on COPD patients with pulmonary heart disease.
