多指并指畸形胎儿的无创产前筛查报告分析
Analysis of noninvasive prenatal screening of patients with multiple finger and finger deformity malformation fetus
【摘要】 目的研究并探讨超声连续顺序追踪法在筛查多指并指畸形胎儿中的效果以及最佳孕周。方法选取2013年12月~2017年1月期间于我院进行产前检查的7896例孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇均通过超声连续顺序追踪法进行诊断,将筛查结果与胎儿出生或引产后的实际多指并指畸形情况进行比较,分析超声连续顺序追踪法在筛查胎儿多指和并指畸形中的效果以及最佳筛查孕周。结果利用彩色多普勒超声对7896例孕妇进行筛查后共诊断出5例多指并指患儿,其中多指畸形3例,并指畸形2例。漏诊9例,包括多指畸形6例,并指畸形3例,诊断符合率35.71%。孕妇在孕19~24周时期内胎儿手部显示最清晰,共诊断出多指或并指畸形胎儿4例(80%)。结论超声连续顺序追踪法可作为筛查多指并指畸形胎儿的一种手段,但筛查准确率仍有待提高。孕妇在孕19~24周期间是筛查胎儿手部畸形的最佳时机。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study and discuss the effect and best gestational age of ultrasonic sequential tracking method in the screening of patients with multi-finger and finger deformity of fetus.Methods:7896 cases of pregnant women from December 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects,all the pregnant women were diagnosed by ultrasonic sequential tracking,the results of screening and real multiple finger and deformity finger malformation of the fetus birth or after induction of labor were compared. Results:7896 cases of pregnant women were screened by using Color Doppler ultrasound and diagnosed there were 5 cases of multiple finger and finger deformity malformation fetus,there were 3 cases of multiple finger malformation fetus and 2 cases of finger deformity malformation fetus. There were 9 cases of fetus missed diagnosis,including 6 cases of multiple finger fetus,3 cases of finger deformity malformation fetus,and diagnostic coincidence rate was 35.71%.Results:Pregnant women in the period of 19~24 weeks,and fetus hand parts showed the most clear. There were 4 cases of fetus(80%)were diagnosed with multiple finger or deformity fetal malformation. Conclusion:Ultrasonic sequential tracing method can be used as a means to screen the fetus with multiple fingers finger deformity malformation,however,the accuracy of screening remains to be improved,and pregnant women during pregnancy 19~24 weeks is the best time to screen fetal hand deformities.
