胚胎的形态学指标与囊胚形成的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的研究胚胎的形态学指标与囊胚形成的关系。方法收集321对行辅助生殖技术助孕的夫妇D3移植和冷冻后剩余胚胎共1208枚,放入培养液中继续培养至囊胚期,观察囊胚形成率和优质囊胚形成率。结果共形成囊胚210枚,囊胚形成率17.4%,优质囊胚62枚,优质囊胚形成率为5.1%。D3卵裂球数目为6-10细胞组囊胚形成率和优质囊胚形成率极显著高于其它组(P<0.01)。不同胚胎碎片组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。胚胎发育迟缓组囊胚形成率和优质囊胚形成率比正常发育组低,差异极显著(P<0.01),其中延时受精组、发育阻滞组的囊胚形成率极显著低于发育迟缓组(P<0.01)。结论 D3剩余胚胎仍有继续发育成囊胚的潜能,D3细胞数和胚胎发育速度与囊胚形成密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:Study of the relationship between the embryo morphological and the blastocyst development. Methods:321 couples were collected 1208 embyos after assisted reproductive technology,all surplus embryos were after transfer or vitrification. The embryos were cultured into blastocyst by the sequential method. the blastula formation and the high-qualityblastula formation were observed. Results:embryos formed 210 blastula,the blastula formation was 17.4%,embryos formed 62 high-quality blastula,the high-quality blastula formation was 5.1%.D3 cleavage stage 6-10 cells embryo group had the significantly higher rate of the blastula formation and the high-quality blastula formation than the other groups(P <0.01).Different groups embryo with different fragments were no significant differences(P> 0.05). Slow development embryo groups had lower blastula formation and low-quality balstula formation than the normal development group(P<0.01). The blastula formation of delayed fertilization group and block development group were significantly lower than the slow development group(P <0.01). Conclusion:D3 surplus embryos can still continue to develop into blastocysts. D3 cleavage cells and embryo development speed have closely relationship with the blastula formation.
