【摘要】 患者男,41岁。全身多处紫红色丘疹、斑块、结节1年余。皮肤科情况:颈背部可见多个紫红色丘疹、结节、色素沉着;耳廓部、躯干部、肘膝关节伸侧可见类圆形或不规则形紫红色斑块、结节,直径2~5cm,大小不等,边界清楚,质地中等,压痛(+);双手可见两处钱币样大小的溃疡,表面无明显渗出物。皮损组织病理示:白细胞破碎性血管炎。诊断:持久性隆起性红斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 41-year-old man presented with violaceous papules,plaques,and nodules on his body for 1 year. Clinical examination showed multiple violaceous papules,nodules,and pigmentation on the scruff of the neck. There were round-like and irregular violaceous plaques and nodules over the pinna,trunk,elbows and knees. Lesions were medium hardness and tenderness positive with sharp margin,which were in different sizes,2-5cm in diameter. Two coin size ulcers with little exudation were present over the hands. Histopathology showed leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made.更多还原
