裸花紫株叶的化学成分研究
Chemical Composition Study of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn
【摘要】 目的:对裸花紫珠叶的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:应用75%乙醇提取,采用多种色谱分离技术对提取物中化学成分进行分离纯化,结合化合物的理化性质及波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:通过理化数据及波谱学方法鉴定了6个化合物的结构,分别为:芦丁(Rutin,1),迷迭香酸甲基酯(Methyl rosmarinate,2),5,7-二羟基-3’-甲氧基黄酮-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5,7-dihydroxy-3’-methoxy fiavone-4’-O!β-D-pyranoglucoside,3),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol,4),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5),金石蚕苷(Poliumoside,6)。结论:化合物6为首次由裸花紫珠植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical composition of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn. Methods: Chemical composition of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn was extracted with 75% ethanol,it was separated and purified by various chromatographies,and the structures were elucidated by the analysis of NMR spectral data and chemical properties. Results: Six compounds were identified as Rutin,Methyl rosmarinate,5,7-dihydroxy-3’-methoxy flavone-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Daucosterol,Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,and Poliumoside. Conclusion: Poliumoside was isolated from the plant for the first time.
